New eye drop could offer better glaucoma control

Summary
This study tests a new eye drop called BL1107 against a standard treatment (timolol) in 252 adults with glaucoma or high eye pressure. The goal is to see if BL1107 is safe and improves vision better than the current option. Participants will use the drops for about a month and have their vision and eye pressure checked.
