Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BL-M11D1 in people with a blood cancer called myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. About 92 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
