Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether giving two bispecific antibodies (teclistamab and talquetamab) in sequence, along with other drugs, can improve survival in 50 people with high-risk multiple myeloma. Some participants may also receive a stem cell transplant if cancer cells remain after initial treatment. The goal is to achieve a complete response and keep the cancer from progressing for at least two years.
