Could a common mineral boost ulcer treatment in kids?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding bismuth to the usual treatment helps clear H. pylori infection and heal stomach or duodenal ulcers in children. About 80 kids will receive either a standard regimen or one with bismuth for 14 days, followed by additional medication to help the ulcer heal. Researchers will compare how well each approach eradicates the infection and monitor side effects.
