Summary
This study looks at whether eating biscuits made with pea protein and taking vitamin D can slow down muscle loss in older adults. 74 people aged 65-80 with sarcopenia will eat either the special biscuits or regular ones for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle strength, mass, and gut health to see if this simple diet change helps.
