Summary
This study aims to understand how a specific birth control pill (Drospirenone) affects cervical mucus, a sign related to fertility, in obese women. It will compare these effects before and after the women undergo weight loss (bariatric) surgery. The goal is to gather knowledge about how major weight loss might influence how this contraceptive works in the body.
