Indiana tests a 'Navigator' to guide teens through birth control access
NCT ID NCT05691270
Summary
This study tested a pilot program called IN-Control, which provided a personal 'navigator' to help teenagers in Indiana access birth control. The navigator helped 18 participants overcome common barriers like transportation, cost, and lack of information. The main goal was to see if this support made teens feel more comfortable and in control of their contraceptive decisions.
