Summary
This study tests a free web tool called My Health, My Choice that helps people with health conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure) understand their birth control options. About 795 participants will either use the tool before a clinic visit or receive usual care. Researchers want to see if the tool reduces the number of people who avoid birth control due to safety concerns.
