New combo therapy aims to stop recurrent head & neck cancer

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a new drug called birinapant when given alongside a precise form of radiation therapy. It is for people whose head and neck cancer has returned in the same area after previous treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and spread.
