Summary
This study aimed to check the long-term safety and side effects of an investigational drug called BHV-7000 for adults with bipolar I disorder. It was an extension study for 94 people who had already completed a previous short-term trial. The main goal was to monitor for any serious health problems, lab abnormalities, or heart-related issues over a longer period, but the study has been terminated.
