NCT ID NCT07280806
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for chronic low back pain: routine physical therapy and a biopsychosocial approach that adds hands-on therapy, education, and mental strategies. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and social support in 80 adults with back pain lasting over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if addressing psychological and social factors leads to better outcomes than physical therapy alone.
