Summary
This study tests whether adding a gut-health supplement (MO-03) to standard immunotherapy helps people with advanced or metastatic clear cell kidney cancer. About 718 participants will receive either MO-03 or a placebo alongside their regular treatment. The goal is to see if improving gut health can make immunotherapy work better and slow cancer growth.
