Tech-Assisted foot exercises aim to ease flat feet

NCT ID NCT07286773

Summary

This study is comparing two types of exercise programs for adults with flexible flat feet. Researchers want to see if using a biofeedback device during foot-strengthening exercises leads to better improvements in foot posture, balance, and daily function than doing the exercises without the device. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise groups and attend supervised sessions twice a week for six weeks.
