High-Tech balance training could help stroke survivors regain stability
NCT ID NCT07448948
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special interactive balance training program to standard rehabilitation helps people who have had a stroke more than six months ago. Thirty-six participants were randomly assigned to receive either standard rehab alone or standard rehab plus the new balance training for eight weeks. Researchers measured improvements in balance, fall risk, daily independence, and emotional well-being.
