Summary

This study is testing whether giving bimekizumab through an IV (drip) works as well as the usual shot under the skin for people with active psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis. About 392 adults who are suitable for bimekizumab treatment will take part. The main goal is to check drug levels in the blood and see if the IV method is not worse than the shot.
