Summary

This study looks at how the drug bimekizumab affects gene activity in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, with or without psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will take small skin samples to measure changes in gene expression after 48 weeks of treatment. The goal is to better understand how the drug works at a molecular level, not to cure the disease.
