Summary

This study tested a drug called bimekizumab in 60 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who had not improved with other similar treatments. The drug works by blocking certain inflammatory substances in the body to reduce skin redness, scaling, and thickness. The main goal was to see if it could clear most of the psoriasis, with less than 1% of the body affected.
