First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drug bimekizumab, given early after a psoriasis diagnosis, can prevent the disease from becoming a long-term condition. Forty adults with mild plaque psoriasis for less than 6 months or more than 2 years will receive either bimekizumab injections or a topical steroid cream. The goal is to see if early, strong treatment can delay or reduce chronic inflammation and improve quality of life.
