Summary

This study looked at people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It compared standard bile duct drainage alone to drainage plus a targeted chemotherapy given directly into the liver artery. The goal was to see if adding this chemo could help patients live longer and control the tumor better.
