New bile test could spot deadly cancer earlier
NCT ID NCT06416397
Summary
This study is testing a new way to diagnose a hard-to-detect bile duct cancer called cholangiocarcinoma. Researchers will analyze proteins in patients' bile fluid to see if this 'liquid biopsy' can provide a faster, more accurate diagnosis than current methods. The goal is to help patients get the right treatment sooner by reducing the need for repeated invasive tests.
