Blood test quest to predict bile duct Cancer's next move

Summary
This study aims to learn if tracking cancer DNA in the blood and asking patients about their quality of life can help predict how bile duct cancer will progress and respond to treatment. It will follow 300 patients receiving standard care, collecting blood samples and questionnaires over time. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better monitor this rare and aggressive cancer in the future.
