Two wheels, better brain? study tests if bike riding boosts autism skills
NCT ID NCT07295912
Summary
This study aimed to understand if learning to ride a real bicycle improves planning, memory, and focus in children with autism. Researchers compared 62 children aged 8-10, having them try different cycling methods over two weeks to see which was most helpful. The goal was to figure out if the benefits come from practicing balance, navigating space, or just from the exercise itself.
