Summary
This study looked at whether combining mental exercises with aerobic workouts can improve thinking skills and quality of life in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 44 participants aged 60 and older with mild memory issues took part. The goal was to see if this dual approach helps more than either activity alone.
