This study tests whether adding the drug bicalutamide to standard BCG therapy can help prevent bladder tumors from returning in men with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. About 160 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either BCG alone or BCG plus bicalutamide. The main goal is to see if the combination delays or reduces cancer recurrence.
