Can bias training improve End-of-Life care for black patients?

This study looked at how doctors' unconscious racial biases affect their communication with Black family members during end-of-life care. Twenty-two doctors participated in simulated conversations with actors playing family members. Some doctors received special training to reduce bias, while others got standard communication training. The goal was to see if bias training could improve how doctors talk with Black families in these difficult situations.
