Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called BI 3810944 in adults with advanced solid tumors or melanoma who have run out of treatment options. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug every three weeks, with weekly doses at first, and are monitored for side effects and tumor size.
