Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand the safety and side effects of a new medicine called BI 3031185 in adults with borderline personality disorder or ADHD. About 96 participants will take either the medicine or a placebo pill during short stays at a clinic, then switch treatments after a break. The main goal is to see how well people tolerate the drug and how their bodies process it, not to treat their conditions.
