Summary

This early-stage study tests a new type of radiation called biology-guided radiation therapy (BgRT) for people with cancer that has spread to the bone and causes pain. The treatment uses live imaging to target only the active tumor, aiming to provide pain relief with a single dose. Researchers will check safety and pain response in 24 adults with solid tumors.
