Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called BGB-45035 in adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who haven't gotten enough relief from standard treatments. About 49 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces joint pain and swelling. The goal is to better control the disease, not cure it.
