New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called BG-75098, given alone or with other medicines, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 105 participants will take part in this early-phase, open-label trial.
