New pill aims to clear long COVID brain fog in 84-day trial

Summary

This study tests whether the drug bezisterim (NE3107) can improve thinking, memory, and energy in adults with long COVID. About 208 people will take either the drug or a placebo twice a day for 84 days. The goal is to see if it helps with brain fog and fatigue that started or got worse after a COVID infection.
