First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drug bevacizumab, given through a vein, can reduce disabling symptoms like headaches, seizures, and thinking problems in people with brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation. About 54 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will receive the drug and be monitored for improvements. The goal is to see if this anti-angiogenic therapy can control the disease and improve quality of life.
