Summary
This study is testing a program called Get Better Together for military couples. The goal is to see if attending a weekend retreat helps couples handle stress, improves mental health, and reduces problems like drinking too much, fighting, or thoughts of suicide. About 1000 couples will take part, with some going to the retreat and others continuing as usual.
