New pacemaker technique aims to prevent heart failure after valve surgery

Summary
This study is testing if a newer pacemaker technique is better than the standard method for patients who need a pacemaker after a TAVI heart valve procedure. The newer method aims to make the heart beat more naturally to prevent future heart failure and hospital stays. Researchers will compare the two techniques in 266 patients to see which leads to better heart health and fewer complications.
