Summary
This study aims to find the best way for doctors to access a patient's vein when implanting a first-time pacemaker or defibrillator. It will compare three different techniques to see which one is most successful, fastest, and has the fewest complications like bruising or lung injury. The goal is to improve the safety and efficiency of this common heart procedure.
