New test could catch diabetic nerve damage sooner

Summary
This study aims to find better ways to detect nerve damage (neuropathy) in people with diabetes. Researchers will test 75 adults with and without diabetes using a combination of nerve tests, ultrasound, and heart rate measurements. The goal is to see if these methods together can spot nerve problems earlier than current standard tests.
