Can a smarter lab report ease patient anxiety?

Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized online tool designed to help older adults better understand their lab results for chronic kidney disease. Researchers will ask about 255 patients and their doctors to try different versions of the tool and share their feedback. The goal is to see if this new way of presenting information is clearer, less worrying, and more helpful than the standard lab reports people see now.
