Summary

This study looks at three different types of total knee replacements to see which one gives the best function and pain relief. 75 adults with severe knee arthritis will be followed for up to two years after surgery. The goal is to find out whether preserving, substituting, or sacrificing the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) leads to better outcomes.
