New blood test could replace painful biopsies for kidney transplant patients

Summary
This study aims to improve a blood test that detects rejection in kidney transplant patients. Researchers will compare the blood test results to more advanced biopsy analysis methods in 300 patients who need a biopsy for medical reasons. The goal is to make the blood test accurate enough to potentially replace some invasive biopsies in the future.
