Blood test could replace risky biopsies for transplant patients
NCT ID NCT06026592
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test to monitor kidney transplants. Researchers want to see if they can detect early signs of transplant problems by measuring tiny bits of kidney DNA in the blood. If successful, this could help doctors catch issues sooner and reduce the need for painful, invasive kidney biopsies.
