First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether 6 months of supervised strength exercises can improve hip-related quality of life more than usual care for people with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS), a common cause of hip pain. About 120 adults aged 18-50 with hip pain lasting at least 3 months will take part. The goal is to see if exercise is both effective and cost-effective.
