Summary

This study is testing whether a new, more precise way to measure the HER2 protein in breast cancer tumors can better predict which patients will respond to the targeted drug Enhertu (T-DXd). Researchers will enroll 200 adults with a specific type of metastatic breast cancer (HER2-low) who are starting this treatment. The goal is to see if this quantitative test can more accurately identify who will benefit from the therapy compared to current standard tests.
