Heart valve study aims to prevent dangerous blockages

NCT ID NCT07217691

Summary

This study aims to find the best way to position a new heart valve during a minimally invasive procedure called TAVI. It will compare two established placement techniques in 40 patients with severe aortic valve narrowing. The goal is to see which method better avoids blocking the heart's own arteries, potentially improving safety and treatment quality.
