VA launches major push to fix broken care for gulf war veterans
NCT ID NCT04403295
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to get proven treatments to veterans suffering from Gulf War Illness. It will compare two care models for 281 veterans: one where specialists work closely with local VA teams, and the current standard. The goal is to reduce pain, disability, and improve veterans' satisfaction with their care, as current data shows most are unhappy with the treatment they receive.
