New breathing technique aims to steady Surgeons' hands during delicate heart procedure
NCT ID NCT07402798
Summary
This study tested a new way of helping patients breathe during a procedure to fix an irregular heartbeat. Doctors compared a special, fast, shallow breathing method to the standard method in the same 52 patients. The goal was to see if the new method kept the surgical tool more stable on the heart and was safe for the patient.
