Doctors test less dye for brain scans: just as clear, safer for patients?
NCT ID NCT07302646
Summary
This study aims to find the safest, smallest amount of dye needed for clear brain scans to check for aneurysms. Researchers will compare the standard dye injection method to three new methods that use less dye or a slower injection. The goal is to reduce patient risk from the dye while keeping the scan images just as good for diagnosis.
