MRI scan could speed up bladder cancer treatment, aiming for better survival

NCT ID NCT05779631

Summary

This study is testing a new approach to diagnosing invasive bladder cancer. It compares the standard surgical biopsy method against a new method that uses a detailed MRI scan first, followed by a smaller biopsy on the same day. The goal is to see if the MRI method helps patients start the right treatment faster and live longer without their cancer getting worse.
