First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether a steroid injection (betamethasone) or an NSAID injection (ketorolac) works better for DeQuervain's tenosynovitis, a painful wrist condition. 62 adults with the condition received one of the two injections. The main goal was to measure pain during a specific wrist movement. The results help doctors choose the best injection for symptom relief.
