Can a simple fiber and exercise boost your Body's cancer defenses?
NCT ID NCT07305259
Summary
This study aims to understand if taking a dietary fiber called beta-glucan, with or without exercise, can improve how the immune system works against cancer. Researchers will compare beta-glucan to a placebo in 60 healthy adults over 4 weeks, measuring immune cell activity in blood samples. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about whether these lifestyle factors could one day help improve cancer treatments.
