Summary
This study investigated whether exercising in the morning or early evening is more effective for lowering high blood pressure. Researchers worked with 68 older women who had hypertension to compare the effects of exercise timing. The goal was to see if evening exercise, similar to evening medication, provides better blood pressure control and improves blood vessel health.
